A CONSULTATION FOR LADIES ONLY
We treat ladies only. On your first visit for a treatment, a consultation will be taken, in order to ensure the therapy is appropriate and to help tailor the therapy session to your needs. We can also discuss any concerns you may have. Everything discussed will be confidential and all information will be locked away. Your first consultation is usually the longest and will not be in the time allocated for you on your appointment, but done in my own time. Please allow fifteen minutes for this. A consultation is necessary to check if there are any contraindications, where we may need to contact your GP with your permission.

Full Body (includes face and scalp). A Deeply soothing, stress-relieving and intensely relaxing Hot Basalt Stone Massage. Using a combination of massage and pressure points.
Using Warm Essential oils to nourish your senses and body. With warm towels on the feet, to help you relax into having a foot massage with some pressure points And finishing with a face and scalp massage. If you prefer no oils in the hair, this can be done for you

massage , Hot Stone Massage on the back & moving onto a touch of Indian Head Massage & finishing with Indian Rose cream or Argan oil on the face
This massage will help you completely let go of all those tensions & help you to drift into a peaceful state. Starting with warm flannels on your feet, then working on the back of your legs & onto your back, using warm stones to ease those muscles & melt those knots away, with the help of my hands to work a little deeper if needed. Especially around the shoulder blades. Then onto the back of the neck and head. Then we go back to your feet once you have turned over to melt the knots & tension we hold onto daily. Onto the legs, then the arms and hands moving onto the shoulders & neck area & finishing with the head & face with a touch of Indian head to release those tensions.

A Soothing Full Body Massage with a light head and face massage, using warm essential oils to help melt away your stress and tension. Using a combination of Hot Basalt Stones to help warm your muscles, giving a deeper massage with the hot stones.

Using warm essential oils to help you melt away the tension in your shoulders and back. The warmth of the stones applied to the skin can help penetrate into the tissue layers, promoting deeper relaxation. Finishing with your face and head to help you feel more relaxed.

This is a more relaxing treatment. Using warm essential oils in a carrier oil that have been made up for you to help you relax and unwind. This treatment is good for those that have a lot of tension in the Shoulders & Head. Laying on a heated bed to further relax you into this treatment. Indian Head Massage is based on Ayurvedic Healing System It is a calming and relaxing treatment that focuses on the Head, Face and Upper arms, top of the shoulders & neck, then massaging your face. Finishing with a foot massage to help balance and relax your body.

HOPI EAR CANDLING £32
Time: 50 Minutes
Ear candling (Thermal auricular therapy) is an old method of bringing a state of health to the ear, nose and sinuses. Using hollow tubes of beeswax, honey and sage.
The candles are gently placed in one ear at a time, you will hear a cracking as it burns and helps to massage the ear drum to help secretion of the sinuses. The treatment is followed by a lymphatic drainage facial massage and finishing with a head massage to help you relax into the Treatment.

A Calming, soothing, and relaxing treatment. Reiki is a natural therapy that will help bring balance and deep relaxation to help mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of yourself to promote a state of balance and helps bring in calmness in the body and spirit to help with well-being.
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese technique first discovered by a Buddhist called Dr. Mikao Usui.
The Rei in Reiki means ‘universal’ and Ki means ‘life force energy’.
Our bodies can build up stress and tension and pain when our body’s build-up blockages in our systems.
Reiki can help to re-balance our body’s energy flow to help remove these and help the body to relax into its own healing state of well-being.

CHILL, RELAX, UNWIND & DRIFT AWAY £70
Time: Two Hour Treatment
Relax on a heated couch, while the tension is released from the back of your legs. Then onto your back with EITHER a choice of Hot Stone Massage or just Massage & working up into your neck and scalp. With warm heated towels on your feet, and massaging all those knots and tensions we hold onto daily in our feet, just allowing those tensions to melt away. Then onto the legs, arms and hands. And finishing with a massage on the face and head.
FINISHING with a 30 minute Reiki session.
BREATHE & LET THE MIND FLOAT AWAY £52
Time: 90 Minutes
While laying on a warm couch, let your mind drift away into a peaceful state, while your back is massage with warm oils & then going into Indian Head movements on your scalp. Your feet are warmed with heated towels and massaged to melt those tensions away from your busy day. Then moving back onto your Face and scalp with Indian Head Massage .
Finishing with some Reiki Healing throughout your body & Aura

I have created a safe and beautiful calming space, for your treatment. I will do my best to help you relax and unwind, to help you feel respected and comfortable while having your treatment.
My aim is to make each treatment, as individual as you.
Sometimes in life, we can feel low or stressed and we all need a bit of TLC, I would love to be able to help you, take that time out and put some warmth and peace in your heart and soul.
I have a passion in working with my therapies and aim to give my clients therapeutic treatments to a high standard that are relaxing, enjoyable, and holistically beneficial.
I studied at De Montfort University in Lincoln in 1999.
I am fully qualified and registered as a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies. Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage. Reiki.I am qualified in a few other things and will be doing more courses soon. These will be added in later.
I worked in a skin clinic for seven years, which also gave me an insight on different treatments with laser and training in products sold and used in the clinic.
